Hours
Appointments are available online via Telehealth on Tuesdays between 11am-6:30pm. If you require an appointment time outside of these hours, please mention this in the intake form and Casey may be able to accommodate alternative preferences.
Fees
$250 for appointments between 9am-4pm
$270 for appointments after 4pm Medicare rebates and other session reimbursements
If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. To learn more about receiving a Mental Health Care Plan, click here.
If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim part of the session cost. Unfortunately we are not able to submit these claims on your behalf, so it is best to check with your provider about your level of coverage and their claim process prior to your appointment.
Noetic Psychology is not able to see clients through NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, or any other third party service. We are also not able to provide court reports or assessments.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for any change or cancellation of an appointment. Changes within this time frame will incur a $50 fee. Non-attendance of appointments will incur a $100 fee.
